Yearning to smile and be what we aspire is timeless.
Not a spring chicken? No problem at all,
The desire for joy is perpetual and never small.
We may think our accomplishments insignificant,
But recognizing small wins fuels our self-confidence in a moment’s requirement.
These little victories uplift us in unexpected ways,
And we appreciate their worth on the hardest of days.
So let’s not belittle our efforts, no matter how slight,
For they’ll help us shine brighter when life’s not so bright.
