In my earlier posts, I discussed the health advantages of each type of millet separately, along with a variety of millet breakfast options from Ana Foods. Today, I bring to you their little millet pasta as my final post for Ana Foods.

Pasta only contains 200 calories per serving when minimal amounts of butter are added. A serving of wheat pasta contains roughly 8 grams of protein. Similar to other foods, pasta becomes delicious when additional spices, veggies, and sauces are added.

4. There’s happiness in eating pasta! Indeed, the presence of carbohydrates in pasta causes the body to produce more serotonin, a neurotransmitter linked to feelings of happiness and well-being according to scientists.

5. According to the National Pasta Association, October 25 is celebrated as World Pasta Day.

I made the easiest version of millet pasta foods using the 5-second mushroom chutney from Chutnefy, a Chennai-based brand.

In the following weeks, I’ll be discussing Chutnefy products. You read that correctly: it only takes 5 seconds to make your favourite homemade chutney. If you’re concerned that because it’s ready in a flash, it might be unhealthy, know that it contains zero preservatives and chemicals. Simply tear open the package, add water, mix, and enjoy. Today we’ll focus on the mushroom pasta. White button mushrooms are low in calories and high in protein and vitamins. Even though it is the quickest recipe for pasta with chutney from chutney it contains the goodness of a little millet, mushrooms, garlic and spices from the Indian spice box.

Why are button mushrooms used widely in various dishes around the world?

1. Button mushrooms are very low in calories. They offer essential protein and amino acids and sufficient levels of minerals, vitamins, and fibre.

2. Button mushrooms carry vitamin D in the form of ergocalciferol. Vitamin D is an essential fat-soluble vitamin required for bone growth and calcium metabolism.
3. Button Mushrooms carry excellent levels of selenium, copper, phosphorus, zinc, and potassium.
How do you make the quickest creamy mushroom millet pasta?

Add a few finely minced garlic cloves to a tablespoon of butter or olive oil and sauté for a minute. If desired, add a few onion slices. Cook for a minute after adding 4 tablespoons of milk and 1 tablespoon of corn flour to make your white sauce. Open the mushroom-pepper chutney and add 90 ml of water to the chutney powder.

In 5 seconds, your magical mushroom-pepper chutney is ready.

Now add the chutney to the instant white sauce and cook for a minute. To this, add the boiled pasta and cook for a minute. And your protein-packed little millet-creamy mushroom pasta is ready in less than 5 minutes.

I loooooove pasta n this one seens like a great alternative but in comparison to the other millet products that uv posted before Sivaranjini, this looks the least appetizing… n its becuz of its colour. It isn’t pleasing to the eye for me. Anyway, I am excited about chutnefy and can’t wait to read your posts…
