Birthday a Wordplay Poem

Another year, another wrinkle,

Another chance to make life twinkle.

Yes, birthdays mean we’re getting older,

But let’s not let that make us colder.

We should be happy, don’t you see?

We’ve got more wisdom, more savvy.

And even though our hair turns gray,

We’ve got a cool salt pepper look today.

So let’s celebrate this special day,

And dance and sing the night away.

Let’s laugh and love and have some fun,

And cherish all that we have done.

So let’s blow out those candle lights,

And make a wish for a future bright.
