Self-help From The Arrow And The Song

  The Arrow And The Song

I shot an arrow into the air,

It fell to earth, I knew not where;

For, so swiftly it flew, the sight

Could not follow it in its flight.
I breathed a song into the air,
It fell to earth, I knew not where;
For who has sight so keen and strong,
That it can follow the flight of song?
Long, long afterwards, in an oak
I found the arrow, still unbroken;
And the song, from beginning to end,
I found again in the heart of a friend.
– Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Self-help through poems is my theme for blogging this 2021. Let me know your theme in the comments.
Self helps the thank you way.

Sometimes our dreams and hopes tend to become invisible with the time that is fleeting just like the beautiful rhythm of the song that diminishes in the air and the pointed arrow that enjoys its flight until it finds a tree that holds it strong.  When our intentions and aspirations are strong enough someday we will understand that they were undisturbed even when they travelled through the wind of life.
Resilience and perseverance are the roots of the plant in which the flower hope blossoms. The song of our heart finds its way when it resonates with another human being the same way it resonated with us. Such is the power of hope so let our kind words of hope resonate with the universe and spread more smiles.
     I wish all the Thank You readers a blissful new year – 2021. I wish that this new year brings happiness and success to each one reading this post.

An absolutely delightful poem to read! I am looking forward to read this series. We people forget to dream and keep a tab on fulfilling them. I am sure reading these poems will definitely spark some power to dream.
