I am not diabetic, but the ingredients of this porridge are healthy. I like the way millets and nuts are being brought back into our urban lives. They have primarily been left in the domain of the rural belt for long. A very good healthy meal.

Thanks for this Sivaranjini… I am going to share it with so many people. Yes, the ingredients that are in it are not the ones that spike blood sugar and moreover, i have seen diabetics have the regular oats so if this is a better and tastier alternative so why not this one? it can be a meal in itself right?

I wish they had a nut-free version. Would have loved to give it a try. Not a diabetic but this seems like a wholesome porridge. I will check their store if they have a nut free breakfast option.
