12 in 1 Ragi muesli Farm 2 Home

The 12 in 1 ragi muesli is a magical genie to a quick, efficient, and extremely nutritious food product. Thanks to the meticulously crafted treasure trove of a mixture of three varieties of healthy seeds, two varieties of raisins, desiccated coconut, three varieties of nuts, and 100% organic sprouted ragi flakes.

If you want to know more about the difference between organic and natural check out the above link.

Nuts and Seeds are the treasure trove of Vitamins & Minerals

Cranberries, blackberries, watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, black raisins, brown raisins, walnuts, almonds, cashews, and desiccated coconut all contain a wealth of vitamins and minerals, including iron, folate, zinc, copper, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, manganese, amino acids, and the B complex.

Ragi has a low glycaemic index because of the high levels of dietary fibre and polyphenols it contains. It is also a rich source of calcium, which supports strong bones.

Black and brown raisins help prevent anaemia, lower blood pressure, stop hair loss, and act as a blood purifier.

I’m confident that after reading about this unique 12 in 1 ragi muesli, you’ll all want to include it in your regular diet to enjoy all the health benefits it provides in addition to its delicious taste.

My experience with the 12-in-1 ragi Museli

It is undoubtedly the best product that would be on my repurchase list from Farm 2 Home. I would prefer it as the best food for hair growth as all the nuts and seeds it is made of are found to be rich in omega-3 fats that are proven beneficial for improving hair health.

I didn’t know Ragi could be sprouted. I would like to try this muesli, it’s a good, healthy snack.

I like to munch on Muesli for the midnight hunger pangs, it is something that fills you up, and provides nutrition but not too many calories, the Farm2 home Ragi muesli is perfect for me.

I didn’t know sprouted ragi flakes are available. This muesli will surely be very nutritious. I will check if they have a nut free one.

I like to have muesli once in a while… just for the taste… I don’t think it’s healthy as it has high sugar content. This ragi muesli seems different, firstly the ingredients are wholesome n then organic sprouted ragi. But, what’s the sweetener in it Sivaranjini if there is any sweetner at all?

Muesli I heard about its goodness and good taste from many and my mother in law is a big fan of it. Unfortunately I personally not yet tasted it but now wish to taste after reading the review of this particular brand. In general my mother in law is more prone to sweet products than healthy… but I wonder what made her fall in love with muesli… perhaps the sweet flavour.

Looks like a healthy option. I usually have corn flakes compared to museli as I find it a bit hard to chew on. Ofcourse a good soak in milk should do the trick.

Unfortunately I would have to pass this one too. Ragi and nuts. I am sure this is a nutritious breakfast option and equally delicious.

I am slowly opening up to the benefits of millets. Being a Bengali in North India, we didn’t use millets growing up. Now I use ragi in my atta. Saying that, I need this weight loss ragi muesli. I need anything that is nutritious and helps me lose weight.
